My boyfriend and I ended up going to Chevy’s in Tracy when we were on our way to the bay. I haven’t been to Chevy’s in a while and nothing beats their $3 margaritas, well shots, and beer! Oh and their 50% off appetizers!! I use to go there frequently with friends when I lived in the bay area it’s definitely affordable. So if you’re looking for a good happy hour cheap place, go to Chevy’s!

I chose Anderson Bakery. Never been there even though it’s about 3 blocks from where I live. I tried their Chicken Avocado sandwich and it was pretty good. They toasted my bread a little bit too much so I didn’t fully enjoy it. Overall it was a good experience and I’ll probably be back to try their bread and pastries next time.

If anyone really really knows me, they know I LOVE clothes. My closet can barely hold all my shirts alone and my jeans are always neatly folded at the bottom instead of hanging. Yup, I’m crazy. So on this day, I decided to get rid of everything I hadn’t worn since high school. Baby steps. No more “oh but what if I wore this at a later time?” Nope, didn’t happen this time. It came out to about a bag and a half. My mom also came with me on that day and donated some boxes we had in the garage that were just taking up space. Hopefully some one will enjoy the stuff we donated. :)

I chose Insanity because I’m an insane person. Haha jk! :) But no really, Insanity is no joke! I’ve been doing this workout for awhile now but I do it when I’m tired of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Let me tell you, it will make muscles that you never knew existed sore. It’s amazing! It makes me sweat so much and it gets me huffing and puffing. I highly recommend you try it! :)

While I was walking my dogs, the sun was setting and I stood in the middle of the street to capture this :)

My boyfriend and I decided to go and help his dad move. Jake is originally from Santa Barbara and moved to Stockton with me last year, it’s been a huge change for him, but it was either me move there or him move with me, and we ended up staying in Stockton :T Oh well even though Santa Barbara is BEAUTIFUL beyond measures, it just wasn’t working out for us there. Anywho we drove to Santa Barbara stopping at a few places including Pismo Beach (one of my favorite cities). Pismo Beach may be a small area, but it’s fantastic. Ah, if you have not been you MUST visit!

Anyways, here’s a few pictures from our road trip. The first day it rained so much I wasn’t able to capture anything really, but the next few days after that was sunshine! Anytime away from home I really take advantage of. I want 2012 to be filled with new experiences and excitements. I know everyone says that in the beginning of the year when they are doing their resolutions, but this is not just a resolution for me, it’s a must in my lifestyle. Stop thinking so hard about doing it, and JUST DO IT. I hate people who think and think and think and talk about what they want to do, when it’s like shut up, and just do it. Go do whatever you want. You’re only young once. Seriously coming from a person who has made it their goal to travel every year somewhere I’ve never been, it’s a great get away adventure. Or going to a place where you enjoy being. IE: New York City for me. I have been there only twice but I LOVE IT. I love the scenery, the people, the liveliness, just everything about it I love. I want to go back again this year if I could. Anyways enough rambling from me, here’s the pictures from my get away big adventure. Stockton to Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara to LA, LA to Stockton.

One of my favorite beaches in Santa Barbara is Butterfly beach. It’s in front of the Four Seasons, and it’s totally breath taking. Jake and I always always always go there whenever we’re passing by or staying in town. There’s this tree that we always sit under :)

My BFF: my nephewGODSON Aliyas James, is the most adorable 2 1/2 year old to ever walk this planet. I have other nephews and god children that I thought I loved, OH MAN, this kid is it. There is nothing that I wouldn’t do for him, and what he wants he shall get. No questions asked :) So I decided to take him to Chuck E Cheeses because he watches KVIE and they hella advertise this place so, we finally went :) And we had an amazing time!

Till the next adventure :)

I am wayyyyy behind on uploading my stuff for this blog! Well in general I haven’t been blogging, my bad! So Wednesday I checked out a local Asian bakery I’ve been wanting to try. I have only heard good things about it so I thought, what the heck, WHY NOT?! :) So I went and wanted to get the pork buns and egg custard, they were out of egg custard! RAH! But their prices are pretty reasonable but it’s cash only.

Here’s the yelp link followed by a few pictures that I took :)

I decided to get some of my boyfriends stuff together to donate (how nice, throwing his stuff out jk) but I did donate them to the goodwill near by, I’ll be clearing some space Thursday, not sure if it’s for my room or the kitchen. Most likely my mommas kitchen. A hour a day keeps the dust away!
